Yes. You can change price plan if you feel you would be better off on an alternative one, however you are tied to each plan for a period of 3 months. Your price plan will commence from the start of the next billing date. You can change your Mobile plan online.
Yes. If your mobile telephone number is important to you then Onetel can arrange for the number to be transferred over to Onetel. All you need to do is obtain your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code), which you can get from your existing service provider. Onetel will then send you confirmation of your porting date (when your number will be transferred to Onetel). It takes seven days before we can transfer your number, on receipt of your PAC number.
Onetel support international roaming, meaning you can use your phone in over 140 countries worldwide.
If your phone has been lost or stolen, please call Onetel Customer Services on 0845 818 1100 immediately in order to suspend it from use. Opening hours 8am - 8pm Mon Fri, 9am to 5pm Sat + Sun. If your phone has been stolen, you should also report the theft to your nearest police station.
